Only packages shipped via UPS can return a tracking number.

We Ship all of products via UPS, and USPS (Priority Mail) for unexpressive and faster shipping. All Orders for in-stock products will be ship within 24-48 hours. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico required an additional shipping charges and delivery time.

If a product is returned to us because of the customer’s fault (i.e. Incorrect Address on Order, Customer Rejects Package), then we will refund the purchase price of the product but still charge the shipping expenses.
